Our system of high-tech machinery produces whole peeled, strips,
rings or diced onions. All of which are available in a range of
shipping weights from 5-pound containers to 1200-pound totes. |
Climate
Control
All of the onions are processed fresh at a cool 34 degrees, immediately
vacuumed sealed, date stamped and stored in a climate controlled
room. Through out the entire process the onions are handled gently
to eliminate bruising and to extend shelf life. |
Commitment
to Food Safety
Bybee Fresh Cut Foods maintains a total commitment to high quality
and food safety. Our quality assurance program monitors the product
from receiving to the final finished product. Incoming onions are
inspected prior to use for sound quality and wholesome character.
Temperature monitoring assures onions are maintained at 35-40 degrees
from the receiving cooler to delivery to the customer. |

Our microbiology analysis program assures sanitary food as well
as sanitary processing equipment.
Intensive monitoring of final cuts is conducted to assure customer
specifications for physical standards are met. |
