Fresh Cut Foods, LLC processes fresh onions. These onions may
be whole, peeled, diced, striped, ringed, sliced, or slabbed.
The product is primarily intended for use as an fresh ingredient for further processing by food manufacturers. Examples include salad dressing, stir-fry, potato salad, salsa, soup, baked beans, as well as further processing for food service items. Finished product contains no additives or preservatives, and undergoes no freezing or cooking processes. Utilizing an air peeler, and following the food safety program allows Bybee Fresh Cut Foods, LLC to ship fresh, high quality onions nationwide. |
