Wide Range of Varieties
We grow a wide range of onion varieties. Yellow, Red, White and organically grown onions allow us to meet all of our customer’s needs.
Whole onions are cut with precision into rings, dices, and slices using state-of-the-art machines.
A peroxyacetic acid base is used to control microbial activity.
State-of-the-art Storage Facilities
After harvest, the onions are immediately stored in climate controlled storage buildings where state of the art heating, cooling and dehumidifying systems keep the onions harvest fresh all year-round.

When they are needed for fresh pack shipments, our onions are removed from storage, sorted and packed fresh for destinations all over the World. Onions waiting to be processed are moved to Bybee Fresh Cut Foods’ climate controlled cool-down staging room.
Freshness is Assured
Maintaining temperature is vital to the freshness of our onions. In the cool-down staging room the onions are cooled to a perfect 38 degrees for processing. Following processing our onions are moved to another climate controlled atmosphere room. Taking these vital steps of cooling and temperature monitoring we can assure that are our onions are maintained at 35-40 degrees from receiving to the final delivery to our customers.
Onions are very gently packed using this specially designed machine.






Immediately after processing, onions are vaccuum-sealed and dated to maintain freshness.
